The Gardenia Wing

25 ensuite bedrooms

Premium Physiotherapy Packages

We understand that maintaining mobility and independence is of the utmost importance for our Residents’ well-being. At Orangery, our Residents have the option to purchase a Premium Physiotherapy Package with one of our Cedar Care Physiotherapists. All of our physiotherapists have previously worked as care assistants, giving them the ability to navigate the challenges associated with helping those in their later years to get back to their best. They have a genuine passion for caring for the elderly and vulnerable, and are keen to help Residents to maintain their independence or regain motor skills where they can. We know that starting a new service can be daunting, especially when it is focused on physical activity. If you are unsure if the Premium Physiotherapy Package is for you, you can request a free Taster Week by speaking with the Home Manager. What Our Residents Say

Real Stories, Real People

We have recently moved my mother to The Orangery. She was made to feel very welcome from the outset and all the staff were very kind and attentive at all times. She is treated with respect and kindness and has settled into a new environment very quickly because of the excellent staff and super facilities.

Daughter of Resident 4 September 2023

My mother-in-law came to The Orangery last January. The staff have always been polite and helpful. She has settled in well with the support of very professional and kind staff. I cannot thank the staff enough for all the amazing care and support they have given my mother-in-law. Thank you. I would recommend this home highly.

Son-in-law of Resident 20 July 2023

Mum has been very happy at The Orangery since her admission. The environment is calm and friendly, and we are always made to feel very welcome. Mum has settled in very well and is very comfortable. The staff are all wonderful, everyone is always very happy, and the residents are well cared for. The home itself is beautiful and is always fresh and tidy.

Daughter of Resident 20 July 2023

I have been very happy with the care my husband is having at The Orangery Nursing Home. All the staff are very caring and helpful, not only to my husband, but to me and other family members and visitors. There is a very happy, friendly atmosphere among everybody and it is always clean and well-run. There are activities on most days. I can thoroughly recommend The Orangery to anyone who is looking for a care home.

Wife of Resident 23 May 2023

My aunt arrived here around six to eight weeks ago. She loves it here and I can see that she is very happy. The staff who are so kind, so caring and so very friendly do a great job looking after her and us visitors too. My aunt always enjoys the food and really enjoys the entertainment and activities provided. I have had relatives in other care homes in and around the area and I must say from my personal experience this stands out as being the best on all fronts.
