Job Requirements

Hours of work

  • Full-time and part-time available
  • Full-time: 37.5 hours per week including weekends
  • (40 scheduled hours per week minus breaks)

Shift Pattern

  • Monday – Friday

Job Role

  • To be responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of the home and grounds
  • To work according to guidance from the Home Manager and as a team with Registered Nurses to ensure that the needs and expectations of Residents are met

Experience

We are looking for experience in some or all of the following areas:

Qualifications

  • Training will be provided
  • NVQ level 2 in Housekeeping would be advantageous

Work Experience

  • Extensive experience in a domestic/cleaning role
  • Team leading
  • Following policies and procedures

Skills and Abilities

  • Good verbal communication
  • Organising and coordinating skills
  • Can adapt well to working independently and in a team
