We visited my friend on Saturday afternoon. She appeared very happy and comfortable. The staff wheeled her into the dining room where we could talk, she had her oxygen too. The cheerful staff offered us a hot drink. All the care and domestic staff were very friendly. I have been diagnosed with the onset of Alzheimer's disease. I have instructed my family, husband and children that if I should need 24-hour care, it must be Eden Mansions Care Home.
      Friend of Resident

The care provided to residents at Eden Mansions is outstanding. The staff are patient, kind and very vigilant. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Relations of residents receive a warm welcome and are kept fully informed about their loved ones. There is a wide range of activities which residents are encouraged to join. It has a warm and homely atmosphere. Some of the rooms could do with an upgrade.
      Daughter of Resident

Dear Cedar Care Homes, I wanted to take this opportunity to write an email regarding one of your care homes, Eden Mansion’s in Wilmslow. We were called to your home to bring a lady into our care following her passing on the evening of Saturday 21st January. When we arrived we were greeted by a member of the care team who were very welcoming, sadly I didn’t get their name. Once we were inside the home, instantly, the smell of cleanliness hit us, unfortunately we cannot say this about most the homes we attend to, but here, spot on. We were shown to the ladies room where her family were around her bedside. The care team member was so thoughtful and kind towards the family and ourselves alike. We gave the family sometime to spend with their relative before we were to take her with us, whilst doing this, we sat in the day room. We watched on as your care staff, all of them, were so attentive to the residents. The residents looked as though they felt so comfortable and the manner of which your care teams were with the residents was second to none and it didn’t go un-noticed by ourselves, to the point where I felt we must send an email to you to show our gratitude and for you to pass this on to the team who were on duty that evening. The care team who were on that evening are a credit to you.
